HAIR: dark brown to candy pink ombre

I haven't dyed my hair for years, after a few slightly disastrous attempts at trying to get a lighter brown (doesn't sound so hard right!) and ending up with jet black I just stuck to my naturally colour which is actually a nice brown with natural highlights. But I got bored! After watching too much Adventure Time I wanted to channel Princess Bubblegum and get me some sweet pink locks :)

I'm a very lazy person so I didn't want to have to be redoing my roots all the time (specially since my hair seems to grow fast...) so I opted for the ombre/half hair look.

First stage after one bleach job:

- Schwarzkopf Nordic L1++ Blonde Extreme Lightener

- Schwarzkopf Live Colour Ultra Brights Shocking Pink

- Schwarzkopf Live Colour Silver Toner

- White conditioner (mix this with the pink to get the pastel colour)

I will rebleach to get it a bit lighter and less orange (with toner) the next time around...

Captain America 2 - Introduction of Scarlett Witch

I was very interested in the appearance of the Maximoff Twins in the new Csptain America movie and was very excited to learn that Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver will appear in the new Avengers - The Age of Ultron next year (although I question their origins as we see them in glass cages in a lab in Captain America 2). I'm a bit of a fan of SW mostly for her history and what she has been through after having a less then perfect upbringing (but it is always the way with comic book characters I guess) and her relationship with Vision the humanoid robot. Safe to say I am looking forward to the red hex wielding lady!
